How do I change it for real?

Every option is a setting in the stack's docker-compose.yml (mode, colours, what's shown). Edit it in Gitea, then redeploy the stack in Dockhand. Step-by-step instructions live in CUSTOMIZING.md in the stacks/year-progress-wallpaper/ folder of your aurora-homelab repo.
